ANMOL KAKAD  shall make all endeavours to deliver defect free products to the purchasers.

ANMOL KAKAD  can exchange sizes of the same product. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of damage, stains and fragrances. The tag on the product should be intact. 

You have to self ship the received products to us and once it qualifies our quality check, we shall dispatch your replacement order at an additional shipping cost. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the outfit via email (shop@anmolkakad.com) or WhatsApp (will provide) of your intent to exchange.  

Custom-made orders cannot be exchanged, they can only be altered. 

An outfit is eligible for exchange/alteration only once.

Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.

CANCELLATION POLICY

After an order has been placed we will not accept any cancellation of the same. Please note that a refund will be issued only if product delivered has a manufacturing defect. In case of any damage to the product at the customer’s end, we are not liable to provide any refund.

To initiate a refund we must receive an email on shop@anmolkakad.com within 2 days of delivery of the product with details of the problem at hand Once a return is initiated and we receive the product back at our warehouse we will check the same for defects / issues and if it does qualify as a manufacturing defect we will initiate a refund within 3 business days. The money will be credited back as per bank guidelines.
